Teri M. Rowe
Originally from New York, Teri moved to Arizona in high school and earned degrees in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Arizona, where she also interned with NASA. Before entering law, she worked as a science educator for the National Science Foundation, teaching students and training teachers across Southern Arizona, and later as a systems engineer at Raytheon, designing advanced missile defense systems.
Driven by a desire to help people more directly, Teri left engineering to pursue law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she served as Senior Editor of Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science and Technology.
Over the past two decades, Teri has built a reputation as a fearless advocate for the injured. She has successfully handled cases involving elder abuse, medical negligence, construction injuries, tractor-trailer collisions, and wrongful death, and has tried both jury and bench trials to verdict. Her background in physics and engineering gives her a unique edge in understanding accident dynamics and explaining complex evidence through clear, visual presentations in the courtroom.
Teri’s commitment to justice extends beyond her clients. She serves as the Vice President of the Arizona Association for Justice and as a Seminar Committee Chair for the organization. She is also an active member of the American Association for Justice, The Nursing Home Litigation Group, and the State Bar of Arizona. She additionally volunteers with the Arizona Supreme Court Attorney Discipline Committee, serving as a hearing panel officer and settlement conference officer in attorney discipline matters.
Outside the office
Outside of her legal work, Teri is a devoted mother and outdoor enthusiast. She and her children are on a mission to visit every national park in the United States, often camping and hiking their way through the Southwest. She is also a certified yoga instructor and dedicated long-distance runner, finding balance and strength in the same discipline she brings to her practice.
